WHOLESALE & RETAIL SHIPPING POLICY

1. PRODUCTION TIMELINE VS. TRANSIT TIME: Please note that our advertised lead time of up to 30 calendar days for wholesale packs represents the custom manufacturing period required to fulfill your order. Shipping and transit times are separate and begin only after production is completed. Standard retail orders (ready-made items) are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS: All orders are shipped via reliable carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Shipping charges for both retail and wholesale orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on total package weight, dimensions, and destination. The buyer is entirely responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges.

3. BALANCES AND DISPATCH (B2B): While shipping fees and the initial 50% production deposit are collected at checkout, wholesale orders will absolutely not be dispatched, shipped, or handed over to carriers until the remaining 50% product balance invoice is paid in full via email upon production completion. Delays in paying the final invoice will result in corresponding delays in your shipping date
